Greetings, the wide world. I hope you're ready for this invasion. We're going to talk here about fighting the good fight of faith, from a favorite verse of mine, 1 Timothy 6:12. I hope that we can have a debate over the future of the Lord's church. THE GATES OF HELL SHALL NOT PREVAIL. Consider this site a weapon to go on the offensive. But we'll share more lighthearted stuff too.

- I am a Christian husband of a beautiful wife, Angie, and father of four children (Mark, 7, Alexis 6, Hannah, 3, and Ethan, 1). I am part of the Church of Christ, a non-denominational, Bible-only church. I work at a regional council of governments office, serving southern Iowa communities. I, and my family, are active in the community and our church. We love to do things outdoors, like fishing, camping, and hiking, and hope to someday own a boat. In addition to my family and God, I love pizza, Sim City, astronomy, fishing, and life. I dabble in politics, history, and pretending to know things. I fit the description of the Athenians in the Bible: I love to talk about new things, often of which I don't really know what I am talking about. I am old enough to vote (sorry). I don't drink, cuss, smoke, or make sense to most people.
